The Hidden Lives

"Left out | Locked in"

Millions of Ugandan migrants work in foreign countries, often in conditions that remain hidden from public view. Many face exploitation, abuse, and modern slavery—trapped in systems that strip away their dignity and rights. These are the hidden lives we fight to protect, the voices that need amplification, and the injustices we refuse to accept.

Through advocacy, direct support, and community empowerment, UOMU shines a light into these dark corners, offering hope, protection, and a pathway back to safety and dignity.
